Roles and Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who radiates vibrancy and energy.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly driven and innovative, with a real passion for fostering strong connections with current and potential customers.
  • Their genuine dedication should shine in their daily interactions, aiming to turn admirers into devoted customers and advocates.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in a creative agency, especially in overseeing Fashion brand accounts.
  • They must have a deep comprehension of eCommerce dynamics and be skilled at managing creative photoshoots and videos.
  • Paying attention to detail is crucial, particularly in terms of styling, appearances, models, and all other elements vital for delivering outstanding creative services.

Customer Delight:
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client inquiries and issues, taking full responsibility for projects from start to finish.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their ongoing requirements and offer advice on strategies to boost business impact.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional results. Identify opportunities for upselling our services to existing clients.
  • Create pitches and conduct presentations to clients to secure agreements.
  • Meet upselling goals and play a vital role in driving revenue growth.

Project Understanding:
  • Develop a deep understanding of client projects and goals.
  • Should be able to interpret clear briefs and translate them into a format understandable for the delivery team to ensure smooth execution and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide clients with insights and updates on project advancement.
  • Gather continuous feedback from the client, addressing and acting on areas of concern to ensure upcoming projects are completed with high quality and within deadlines.

Process Understanding:
  • Have a thorough understanding of internal processes.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and possess strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and client sectors.
  • Leverage research to improve client interactions and recognize growth possibilities.

Background in Fashion is essential

  • Preferably MBA in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Account Management within fashion brands is necessary.

Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and making informed decisions.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including lookup and pivot tables, is required.

  • Utilize data to spot trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Think critically and creatively to tackle client and internal issues.

Work under Pressure:
  • Capable of performing well in high-pressure situations.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
