One of our client Narrative is hiring for Account Manager - Client relationship.

Narrative :
A branding and communication agency based in Bangalore, India. In the last 14 years, narrative has handled more than 100 brands which includes Global and Indian brands.

Narrative specializes in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with the brand audience. From crafting brand narrative to visual identity to integrated communication strategies, organization focus has been on delivering excellence. The core philosophy is to find stories of the brands which will transform businesses.


Some of the brands that have worked are AMD, DELL, Wildcraft, Invest Karnataka, Toyota Financial Services, Emami Realty, Vestas, Ashirvad Pipes.

  • To own the client relationship and be responsible for end - to – end management of the client. Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
  • To discuss with clients to understand their requirements and communicate the same to the creative and content development team
  • To work with the team to conceptualise digital campaigns that meets the client's brief
  • Actively contribute to new pitches+strategy discussions, planning and ideation and making pitch decks.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to the client
  • Provide inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the studio team, share clear briefs, follow up to ensure deadlines are met and stay on top of client deliverables.
  • To track the performance of campaigns and ensure that the client's deliverables are met and challenges are being addressed.
  • Create reports for clients (campaigns and more)
  • Manage budgets and campaign costs
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and take necessary steps to optimise them
  • Will be accountable for account success, delivery quality and client satisfaction

Working days:
Monday - Friday ( working on the weekends is very likely in this ecosystem, but strictly on a need basis)

What we need to See:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in client servicing, managing and growing client accounts at an digital/communication agency.
  • Deep understanding of the ad agency ecosystem, client servicing responsibilities, operations and management tools.
  • Education: Graduate degree (Minimum)
  • Should have worked in a client facing role
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • Superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all the teams of the agency
  • Excellent relationship building, networking skills
  • Proficient in creating presentations, excel sheets and reporting for data analysis
  • Meeting timelines
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good negotiation skills
