Job Title :
Executive - Client Servicing (Mainline focused with a touch of Digital)

Location :
Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Experience :

From 1 to 3 years of account management/ client servicing experience in integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative, branding, digital marketing agencies, or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies.

( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position )

CTC Offered :
The offered salary for this position is up to 5 LPA.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Executive - Client Servicing to join our creative agency.
The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, focusing primarily on mainline advertising while integrating digital strategies.

Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.
Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief.
Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to deliver effective mainline advertising campaigns.
Incorporate digital elements into traditional campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across platforms.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.
Managing budgets and campaign costs.
Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team.
Play the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular account.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Professional Skills:
Proven experience in client servicing within a creative agency.
Strong understanding of mainline advertising and its integration with digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Strong client-service orientation.
Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
