Position Overview

As an
Operations Executive
at Life Circle, you will be responsible for managing the database of healthcare workers and overseeing their welfare. You will work closely with internal and external departments involved in processes such as document verification to ensure the seamless and accurate documentation of healthcare worker records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and retain qualified healthcare workers to meet organizational requirements.
  • Handle the empanelment of healthcare workers, including both physical documentation and digital entry into the system/application.
  • Maintain and update the staff database daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the operations department for timely placement and replacement of staff.
  • Manage background verification of documents for healthcare workers and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff in collaboration with training institutes.
  • Process and manage payment invoices received from training institutes.
  • Issue offer letters to healthcare workers as required.

  • Proficiency in using computers and data entry tools.
  • Comfort with using a smartphone for communication and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to internal processes and systems.
