Transformational Sourcing Leader

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our global sourcing operations, driving strategic planning and execution of sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable processes. This role is responsible for developing and executing operational plans that meet customer needs and exceed performance targets.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders and service lines to develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy, leveraging the latest disruptive technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain. They will also be responsible for delivering Genpact's digitalization strategy, enhancing operational delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy in collaboration with client stakeholders and Genpact service lines
  • Lead global operations to achieve/exceed financial targets
  • Leverage RPA, AI, and blockchain to enhance operational delivery and customer experience
  • Implement improvement plans to close performance gaps and drive continuous improvement within operational processes
  • Be a senior escalation point for resolving customer and internal issues
  • Maintain and grow excellent customer relations, focusing on improving Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related subject from a reputable university
  • Subject matter expert in sourcing, procurement, and AP operations, with ability to coach and mentor team members across all delivery centers
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement
  • Commercially savvy, seeking win-win solutions for clients and Genpact
  • Measurable experience in leading and growing profitable, satisfied accounts and/or meaningful business management experience
  • Ability to lead large teams across multiple locations and encourage cultural diversity
  • Proven listening and customer service skills, influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mindset, and effective mentoring and relationship building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Professional certification in Procurement desirable
  • Knowledge of Coupa, Oracle Fusion advantageous
