- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science or equivalent.
- 7+ Years of experience in selling high-value medical equipment to Hospitals.
- 4+ Years of managing a sales team and distributors.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and a regional language.
- Experience of working and managing team using sales management tools.
