About the Business Unit

Times Card is India’s largest co-branded credit & debit card portfolio in partnership with HDFC Bank with over 5mn high ARPU users. Times Card has been recognised by the Industry → ET Now Stars of the Industry Awards Best Co-Branded Card of the Year 2019, Mobby’s Best Card of the year 2019 & ET Now Stars of the Industry Awards Best Debit Card of the Year 2020. The objective this year is to transform Times Card into a digital proposition that would help scale user acquisition, user engagement & the core value proposition of Times Card.

About the Role

We are seeking an Audience Monetization Manager to drive revenue growth through partnering with BFSI, NBFCs, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies. This role will be responsible for driving ARPU growth of our existing and expanding user base with a significant toppling impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card integrations and partnerships between digital platforms and banks.

Work Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with Banks,

NBFCs, card Networks, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies

Identify and prioritize potential partners based on revenue potential, member acquisition, and

commission structures

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure successful partnership

outcomes

Collaborate with the product team to launch credit card recommendation and application flows on

Times Card digital platforms (Apps/ Website)

Work with the marketing team to create compelling value propositions for members and partners

Analyze and report on key metrics related to audience monetization and partner performance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to drive

innovation and growth

GTM strategy/ Marketing plan

Manage & lead P&L of the program

Coordinate utilization of network/ issuer benefits & funding for qualifying incentives & marketing support

Ensure overall system operations & compliance aspects of Co-branded Credit Card Program through the cross functional teams

Develop an understanding of market trends including risk, fraud and regulatory constraints

Monitor competitors’ co-brand card programs to ensure our program remains competitive; identify potential new value proposition opportunities

Analyze statistics related to portfolio growth (acquisition and retention), purchase volume, marketing campaign results

Skills, Experience & Expertise

Experience working with BFSI, NBFCs, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships

Experience launching credit card integration on apps for lead-based revenue generation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

8-15 years of experience in audience monetization, partnership management, or business

development
