We are recognized as the world's largest and most preeminent i CRO in oncology.RESPONSIBILITIESDatabase maintenance and support. Assists in setting up and maintenance of production databases.Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.Responds to alerts triggered by failures or warnings in the IT environment: network, storage, backups, servers, databases, etc.Performs preventive administration duties to ensure the availability of servers and databases in the data center.Works with application administrators for the support and maintenance of various applications such as Osiri X, PACS, Mint Lesion, etc. Provides support to various tools used by IT to perform user management functions.Ensures backups are successful and recover data as needed; participates in disaster recovery activities.Follows SOP documents and provides feedback for process improvements.Provides after-hours support. Other duties as assigned.
