**Skills Required**:
**3 years administering Windows systems** in a critical environment with 1years cloud tenant administration (**AWS, GCP or Azure).**

Experience of 3+ in administering Windows 2012/2016/2019 (AD/DNS/DHCP) /Print Server and File server concepts in Windows OS 2012/2016/2019

NAS/SAN storage experience (HPE and NetApp preferred) is of added advantage.

Good to have Identity Management/AD/LDAP experience plus Systems Management (e.g., PowerShell)

Veeam/NetBackup/Acronics Backup experience a plus

Familiar about Windows Servers patching tools SCCM/WSUS and have hands on experience in Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS).

Strong Hardware knowledge on Server Hardware HP/Dell/Cisco/IBM.

Good knowledge on multiple Antivirus Software's.

Strong networking concepts knowledge with an extensive experience with server platforms (Cisco UCS, HP, IBM or Dell)

Putty, Solar wind, PRTG- Tool use
Preferred Certification: Server +, MCSE is beneficial.

**Duties & responsibilities**:
Demonstrate ability to design, implementation, quality assurance, and transition to operations of enterprise-level virtualized infrastructure and experience of supporting Microsoft Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019 operating systems.

Self-starter and making decisions to resolve the issues within SLAs

Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in windows and VMware environment.

Should Handle ticketing queue and resolve issue by following ITIL process that includes Incident/Problem/Change Management. Preferred to have Ticketing tools experience

Perform other/additional duties and projects as assigned.

**AWS, Azure public cloud experience in a production environment**

Provide adequate support in architecture planning, migration& installation for new projects (platform/dbase/middleware/ backup)

Manage the day-to-day operations, software licensing and backups.

General networking and Troubleshooting LAN & WAN. Set up inter-office Internet Connectivity.

Monitoring Network Equipment's, Allotting IP Address, and Creating Vlans. Configuring Trunk Ports. IPv4 and IpV6 Implementation, assets-list, configuration files.

Monitor Network Performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, to determine where changes will need to be made in Future.

Install, configure, and operate simple routed LAN, routed WAN, Switched LAN networks. Designing IP addressing scheme using subnet.

DHCP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, Telnet
- SSH Infrastructure services, Wi-Fi
- configuration and its management PV4 -Addressing to Host and Subletting as per requirement. Include demonstrated proficiencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills

**Job Location : Thane West (HeadOffice)**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
