**Job Summary**: We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator / IT Manager to oversee all IT functions for the company, including:

- Managing server infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud-based.
- Supporting ERP and accounting software systems.
- Providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing and maintaining servers, monitoring performance, and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Managing network infrastructure and ensuring secure connectivity.
- Coordinating with external vendors for hardware/software procurement, licensing, and support.
- Implementing cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Ensuring regular data backups and monitoring IT systems for performance and security.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Minimum relevant working experience of 7 years.
- Experience in IT administration, server management, and communication systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Synergix) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server environments and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience in RDP
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data protection regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and independent, with excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
- **Salary: 60,000 INR**_
