About Us:

Zoombha is a fast-growing recruitment partner in IT, Banking, and Healthcare in the USA. We specialize in rapid staffing with a proven 48 to 72 hour turnaround. We are expanding our sales team and looking to hire 10 Sales Executives in India for the US & Canada markets.

We need experts who have strong experience in reaching out to (cold calling etc.) to small, medium and large businesses in the US and Canada markets. You will be working in the EST time zone for this role. You will be part of our amazing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and bring immediate business in the US or Canada markets.
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to drive revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with strong commissions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruitment/staffing sales experience (US agency background mandatory).
  • Strong client network with ability to bring accounts.
  • Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Skills required for the US & Canada markets: Sales, Business Development, Recruitment Sales, Staffing Sales, Client Acquisition, Account Hunting, Account Management, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Cold Calling, B2B Sales, Negotiation, Closing Deals, Relationship Building, Sales Strategy, Target Achievement, Revenue Growth, Key Account Management.
