Role Overview:

As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk, you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads, closing deals, and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decision-makers in the FX realm. Managing the sales team's performance, setting targets, and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.

Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

Manage the sales team, ensuring CRM management, call scheduling, and target achievement.

Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.

Requirements

Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.

Target-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.

Ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build strong client relationships.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.

Integrity, compliance, and a positive attitude towards company values.

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.

Skills and Experience: · Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. · Strong pricing and structuring capabilities. · Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable. · Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes. · Good knowledge of FX derivatives. · Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. · Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
