They are predominantly a prop trading desk with AUM exceeding 750 Million USD. As part of their expansion plan, the company is setting up a new Wealth Management division. This independent vertical will have its own structure and governing body, adhering to regulatory guidelines. Head of Wealth Management Team In this role you will :- Establish and lead the Wealth Management division. Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies. Oversee asset allocation, risk management, and investment planning. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to guidelines. Utilize advanced financial modeling and analysis for investment decisions. Recruit, train, and develop a team of wealth advisors. Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems. Drive a culture of excellence and client-centricity. Responsibilities: Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in wealth management. Expertise in wealth management strategies, financial products, and market trends. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis expertise. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance. Proven leadership and team-building capabilities. Experience from a Top Tier asset management or wealth management firm Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, MBA) are highly desirable.
