OverviewZencon Group is seeking an experienced Share Point Consultant to lead a modernization initiative for our legal client. The consultant will design and implement a secure, scalable Share Point Online environment, migrate existing case-related documents from legacy network drives, and configure seamless integration with the Legal Server case management platform.Responsibilities- Conduct a full discovery and planning assessment of client’s legacy file storage and data structure.- Identify, categorize, and prepare eligible case files for migration (pending or closed after Jan 1, 2023).- Design and configure Share Point Online architecture, metadata schema, and permissions aligned with client’s office and practice group structure.- Implement Legal Server–Share Point integration, enabling automated document access and metadata synchronization.- Execute data migration using third-party tools (e.g., Share Gate, Mover, or Ave Point).- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform up to two refinement iterations.- Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and system documentation for end users and administrators.- Conduct virtual training sessions and provide post-go-live technical support.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, compliance, and knowledge
