What will you do?
- Provide technical support to the frontline sales force, including troubleshooting, new product implementation, process optimization, trial leadership, etc.- Identify and clearly define customer needs, lead internal collaboration to deliver the best solution.- Select appropriate products from the portfolio in accordance with business needs and product line strategy.- Propose products/modifications from the portfolio in accordance with business needs, product line strategy, and specific customer needs.- Liaison and develop relationship with key strategic OEMs and work on global strategic OEM engagement plan.- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&D to determine and establish feasibility and total product cost as input for the final offer.- Develop and deliver presentations to customer and general market on technical/product related subjects including case studies, white papers, in collaboration with Commercial team.- Understand the competitive landscape and provide input where applicable.- Utilize the CRM system to manage responsibilities, collaborate, and capture important historical data for sales projects.- Develop marketing materials, sales tools and case studies.- Ownership of individual development plan (IDP) as agreed upon with direct line manager.- Implement and drive and internal value based selling approach through the customer engagement and account management process.
What are we looking for?
