Your Role:

Your Profile:

Were looking for a Trainer who brings 8-10+ years of experience in banking operations across Retail, Commercial, and Consumer Lending, and has hands-on classroom training experience .

  • Deliver classroom training for new hires and existing employees across Retail, Commercial, and Consumer Lending operations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with client strategy and process changes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, ensuring measurable performance improvement.
  • Support continuous learning and development initiatives to enhance domain knowledge and operational excellence.
  • Coach and mentor team members to drive accountability, compliance, and process adherence.
  • Ensure training content reflects current regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
