We are offering the below mentioned roles:
Collaborate with franchise brands as a corporate sales/B2B sales/inside sales manager, bringing new brands onto the franchisebazar platforms.
Serve as a franchise sales manager, working closely with entrepreneurs seeking new businesses and connecting them to opportunities aligning with their investments and requirements.

Detailed Job Descriptions for the above roles:
· Have you appointed franchises/dealers/distributors/channel partners in previous roles? If yes, leverage that experience to appoint numerous partners for exciting national and international brands expanding in India.
· Aged between 25-40 years with 5-15 years of overall experience in franchise sales/channel development, inside sales, or corporate sales.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages, along with excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial for regional brand expansion.

Roles Overview:
Manage Key Franchise Brand Accounts or Onboard New Brands: Strategize and execute franchise recruitment plans, collaborating with digital marketing teams for lead generation and providing end-to-end solutions.
Entrepreneur New Business Consultant: Assist entrepreneurs in identifying suitable brands and guide them in purchasing a business that meets their requirements.
Build FranchiseBazar Franchise Network & Manage Franchises and Teams: Develop the franchisebazar franchise network, oversee franchises, and manage Business Development Executives/Interns working with entrepreneurs.
Initial Compensation: CTC up to Rs 10L P.A. (Depending on experience). 40% fixed and 60% variable based on performance/targets achieved.
This role is specifically for candidates with prior experience in franchise sales, master franchising, franchise marketing, consulting, and development. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial. Minimum 2 years of franchising experience is required.
This exciting inside sales role is meant for candidates confident in generating revenue independently, achieving targets, and possessing skills in franchise development, recruitment, marketing, appointment, sales, strategy, master franchising, and agreement negotiation.
