Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accessibility Tester, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Accessibility Tester will be responsible for evaluating digital products for accessibility compliance, identifying and documenting issues, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. They will collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure that all digital products meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accessibility Testing and understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
  • Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as AXE, JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and document accessibility issues
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on accessibility. Knowledge of WAI-ARIA is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in agile development environments is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
