QA Manual Tester

We are looking for a dedicated QA tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.

A successful QA tester should be hard-working, have a strong working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.

**QA Manual Responsibilities**:

- Under minimum or no supervision carries out procedures and tests to ensure that information systems and services meet standards and end-user.
- Specialise in at least in area like Functional /Performance/ Security.
- Test strategy formulation will include decomposing the business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other preparation activities.
- Producing Test Scripts.
- Raise any test issues.
- 75% operations Manual Testing.
- Analyse functional documents
- Plan and create test cases.
- Review requirements and test cases.

**QA Manual Requirements**:

- Knowledge of any Test Management Tool like Winrunner, load runner or QTP
- A basic understanding of web technologies (such as.NET, HTML )
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA
- Have a solid grasp of core security fundamentals and concepts, including knowing one’s system, defense in depth, the principle of least privilege, access control, encryption and cryptography, security architecture and design, business continuity and disaster recovery
- Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise-level security control implementations, including Network Intrusion Detection/Prevention (NIDS/NIPS), Corporate Antivirus, Enterprise Web Filtering, Data Loss Prevention, Insider-threat Mitigation, Botnet Detection,, demonstrable knowledge of the principles and techniques used to bypass said controls
- Ability to create extremely high quality written reports containing the findings from web and thick-client vulnerability assessments, the ability to articulate those findings to peer technical staff at various levels of management.

**Salary**: ₹16,702.10 - ₹42,264.40 per month
