Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Head located in Ahmedabad. The Factory Head will oversee all factory operations, ensure the effective management of production activities, monitor plant performance, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the design and R&D teams, implementing optimized manufacturing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and managing the workforce to meet production targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in factory management, production processes, and operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the valve manufacturing or flow control industry is a plus
