Job Description:  We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead our multi-channel lead acquisition strategy through paid media. They will develop data-driven testing roadmaps, devise customer content journeys, assist with cross-channel insights, compile reports with key performance metrics, conduct data analysis and competitive research, and support key product launches, events, and promotions throughout the calendar year.


Responsibilities:


LinkedIn Marketing Expertise:

·      Develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns on LinkedIn tailored to target audiences, leveraging both organic and paid strategies to achieve targeted KPIs

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:

·      Seamlessly integrate LinkedIn marketing efforts with other channels like email marketing, Google Ads and combine data from third-party intent websites to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Google Ads Expertise:

·      Manage and optimise Google AdWords campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing efforts, to ensure maximum ROI and conversion.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

·      Monitor campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies continually.

Collaboration and Coordination:

·      Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and optimise the funnel conversion.

Innovation and Research:

·      Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the SaaS sector, to keep our strategies at the forefront.


Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2.     Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid marketing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other digital channels.

3.     Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel lead generation strategies.

4.     Experience in data analysis, testing, and optimization to improve performance.

5.     Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

6.     Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

7.     Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

8.     Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
