Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to reach and engage our target audience, ultimately driving growth and maximizing ROI across various digital platforms. Which will involve in creating, planning and delivering paid digital advertising campaigns across primary mediums - Google, Meta or Bing. The role will evolve into a growth professional completely owning up the acquisition goals and eventually setting up the analytical engine for the business than help thrive the business to accomplish profitable growth in the targeted markets.
Job Description
Own the P&L, digital marketing & app-based capabilities of the brand.
Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, paid conversions, brand content distribution, overall contributions to revenue, and profit from own brand app.
Devise and execute a mobile-first growth strategy for the brand app with consistent acquisition and retention growth
Leverage your extensive experience in developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across e-commerce platforms, app stores and content channels ( own and affiliates )
Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to improve further and optimise
Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook,Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and MIS.
Work effectively with third-party partners and agencies
Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives’ performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
Run campaigns specific to certain categories to increase reach
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, preferably within the B2C OR D2C, healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
