Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Specialist at Picaro Advertising will be responsible for running and managing ads across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience with LinkedIn Ads and outreach, SEO, performance marketing tools, and CRM systems. This role involves managing multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously, requiring a high level of organization and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure optimal ROI.
- LinkedIn Ads & Outreach:
- Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Develop outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- SEO:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Performance Marketing Tools:
- Utilize various tools to track and enhance campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and trends in performance marketing.
- CRM Management:
- Work with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and campaign data.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with CRM for effective lead management.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing strategies.
- Agency Experience:
- Leverage previous agency experience to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running and managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and outreach strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
