Customer Care Associate | Full-Time (On-Site)LOCATION: PULLEPADY, NEAR MG ROAD, COCHINWHAT WE OFFERSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month, depending on experience and skill level. (Hindi is a bonus)Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.Comfortable with Email, Whats App, and Instagram.Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus.Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems.Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandling customer queries across Phone, Whats App, Email, and Social Media channels.Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey.Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues.Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goalsAssisting in training junior team members in the futureNote: This is a full-time, on-site role. Part-timers or students may not be suitable.
