The role is located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Customer Care Executive, you will interact with customers to provide service information, manage customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the sales team for cross-functional support and contribute to improving service procedures and standards.QualificationsCustomer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication skillsExperience in Sales support and coordinationStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and MS Office applicationsAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
