Be part of our mission to make heart health achievable by everyone in Australia by 2050.  How You Can Make a Difference  As a key member of the Healthcare Programs Team, you’ll support the national delivery of cardiovascular prevention initiatives. Your focus will be on supporting health professional education activities, developing digital tools, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve cardiovascular risk screening and management in primary care.   This position is being offered on a maximum-term full time basis until 25 Dec 2026. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and any of our capital city offices.  What You'll Be Doing  Contribute to the design and delivery of health professional education programs, including webinars and online learning activities.   Assist in developing digital resources and tools for primary care professionals.   Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to maximise program reach.   Provide secretariat support for meetings and stakeholder engagement.   Support program evaluation and reporting in partnership with the Insights team.   What You'll Bring  Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent experience.   Experience in health professional education and digital engagement.   Strong project coordination skills, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation.   Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.   Ability to build relationships with primary care professionals across jurisdictions.   Why Join Us?  At our heart, we are driven by purpose.
