About the office/school People and Culture is a team of strategic HR professionals providing client focused, proactive and effective solutions and services for all UNDA employees. About the role We are seeking a proactive individual to provide operational and project support to the People & Culture team and the EA Bargaining Team to plan, deliver, and evaluate activities required for successful Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementation. This position works in the People Services Team and reports to the Director, People Services. Key Responsibilities Project Co-Ordination and Delivery - Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of People & Culture projects and initiatives, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met. Administration and Compliance - Responsible for maintaining the draft Master Project document (e.g., during the Enterprise bargaining process, manage the revisions and track changes on the draft Enterprise Agreement) Industrial relations and content support - Specifically on the Enterprise Bargaining-related Project : Working collaboratively with the Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, Legal counsel on the draft proposed Enterprise Agreement documents. Data Analysis and Reporting - Research, analyse, and interpret workforce and project-related data to support evidence-based decision-making and reporting Change Management and Implementation Support - Support the rollout of new People & Culture programs, systems, policies, and processes, including change impact analysis, training coordination, and communication planning. Assist with HR projects. Qualifications, skills & experience Tertiary qualified with at least 4 years subsequent relevant work experience, or extensive experience in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education/training Experience working in the higher education sector or a large, complex public-sector organisation would be desirable. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering HR or business improvement change projects, including managing timelines, documentation, and reporting requirements. Prior exposure to enterprise bargaining (EA) negotiations or support for bargaining teams would be desirable. Ability to apply knowledge of University policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to make informed decisions and recommendations. Developed capability for conducting research associated with the project Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
