Account Manager
with strong expertise in the
construction and architecture domain
. The role focuses on managing client accounts in
land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM projects
with international firms across the US & Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Build and manage long-term client relationships in the construction industry.

·      Drive account growth with architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM clients.

·      Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure project success.

·      Present tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· –15 years of total experience, with
8+ years in account management within offshore engineering/construction services
.

·      Strong understanding of project lifecycles in architecture, structural, MEP, and BIM.

·      Good knowledge of CAD tools and design processes.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (with travel to Bangalore HO as required)

Shift: UK Time Zone

Experience: 5–7 years

We are looking for an
Account Manager (BIM Services)
to lead business development and client management for our BIM projects across the
Middle East & Europe
. The role requires hands-on BIM experience, strong client management skills, and familiarity with local engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and grow key client accounts for BIM services.

·      Acquire new clients in architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and land development domains.

·      Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

·      Leverage BIM knowledge to present tailored solutions.

·      Collaborate with technical & delivery teams for successful project execution.

·      Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.

·      5–7 years of experience in
sales/account management within BIM or construction tech
.

·      Proven experience in the
Middle East market
(mandatory).

·      Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).

·      Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

·      Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.

·      Respond to client requirements, handle pricing & negotiations, and ensure smooth project delivery.

·      Work closely with delivery partners and marketing teams.

Requirements:
