Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute, optimize and manage end-to-end Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation including keyword selection, ad copy creation, budget allocation, and bid management, to maximize conversions and achieve predetermined KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including keyword analysis and audience research, to identify target audience segments and optimize advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copies and A/B test various ad creatives to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop landing pages and assets aligned with campaign strategies.
  • Utilize advanced features of Google Ads and AdWords, including remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and AdWords campaigns with a track record of successful performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital ads and their impact on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, AdWords & Real Estate experience are a plus.
