Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Associate with a full-stack skill set encompassing demand generation, marketing operations, email marketing, and content creation in India. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of SuperAGI’s advanced AI products among B2B clients. As a Marketing Associate at SuperAGI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our AI platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing marketing operations, designing visually appealing creatives, crafting engaging content, and contributing to overall demand generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive demand for our products, leveraging various marketing channels to attract and convert potential customers.
  • B2B Marketing: Build and strengthen our B2B brand while generating quality leads that align with our business goals.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Demonstrate proficiency in crafting engaging content, managing social media accounts, and fostering community engagement.
  • Content Framing and Strategy: Craft compelling content tailored to diverse target audiences. Experience in developing comprehensive content strategies, including ideation, creation, distribution, and optimization.
  • Design: Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) to create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with email automation platforms, list segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics is essential for improving engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 1-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a product-focused company with a focus on driving product-led growth.
  • Experience in Growth marketing and Demand generation is a must.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey brand messages.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-driven and able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Figma, and Webflow is plus.
