Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning - Work closely with the client to understand their business objectives, target audience, and budget. Based on this information, develop an overall campaign structure.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation - Utilizing data analytics and audience insights, identify and segment target audiences to ensure that ads are delivered to the most relevant prospects. This may involve demographic targeting, interest-based targeting, re-targeting, and lookalike audience modeling.
Performance and Budget Management - Monitoring and optimizing the performance in real-time to ensure best results for the campaign by staying within budget constraints. Adjusting campaign strategies and budgets as needed to optimize results. Manage client's advertising budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI. This involves allocating budget across different campaigns based on performance and adjusting spending as needed throughout the duration of the campaign.
Client Communication - Maintain open communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide updates on campaign performance, and collaborate on strategic planning.
Monthly Reporting - Provide monthly reports and analysis to the client detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and insights gained. These reports need to be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the effort and make recommendations for future optimizations.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Ads.
- Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
- Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the coaching, consulting, or ed-tech industries is a plus.
CTC: Can be discussed depending on experience.
Experience: 3+ years.
