WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in social media advertising. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as proven expertise in project management and client servicing within the advertising industry.
The ideal candidate will lead key client accounts, driving strategy, execution, and success across various social media channels.
WHAT YOU OFFER US
As the Project Manager, who would be the face of the agency for the client and your responsibilities will include:
Client Management :
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, feedback, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with clients to develop innovative social media strategies that align with their goals and target audience.
- Provide expert guidance on social media trends, platform algorithms, and content optimization strategies.
Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, optimized for each social media platform.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results and drive ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Financial Management :
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor project expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide accurate financial reporting to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.
Additional Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Collaborate with clients to develop long-term social media strategies aligned with their overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Performance Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing methodologies and other optimization tactics to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Recommend adjustments to creative assets, targeting parameters, and messaging based on performance data and insights.
Client Advocacy :
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and recommending strategic initiatives to achieve their business goals.
- Advocate for client needs and priorities within the agency, ensuring alignment and prioritization of resources.
GREAT TO HAVE
5+ years of experience in Project Management/Client Servicing in Advertising and/or Marketing

LOCATION
While we prefer candidates from Bangalore and should be willing to travel on when required.
TIMINGS
We work on 9-hour shifts that change depending on the regions you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager
