About the role &responsibility:

  • Managing End to end delivery of projects and ensuring projects are delivered with the best quality possible
  • Continually work to move projects to successful completion in line with the agreed time- scales, at the desired quality, and within budget.
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for a diverse range of engagements, working closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute project plans, considering the appropriate delivery model based on project requirements and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met within the defined timelines and budget. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related discussions and updates. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to both internal teams and clients.
  • Leverage your knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations during project planning and execution (if applicable). Uphold best practices and industry standards in project management Must willing to travel 25% within India for customer engagements and project collaborations Location Mumbai & Bengaluru.
  • Coordinate all project-related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources, and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Ensure internal & external stakeholder management through effective communication
  • Work towards continual improvement by implementing corrective action plans based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives ,etc.
  • Represent the project at meetings and in group discussions as requested.
  • Provide weekly/regular project updates to the Program Management Office.
  • Adherence to the organizational/operational process, policies & procedures and ensuring that there is zero non -conformance.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to you by your superior and /or management from time to time.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation throughout the Project life cycle
