The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, creative briefing, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.), and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools/strategies.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email Marketing tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C campaign management.
