Job DescriptionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and end-users.

Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand our product offerings within existing accounts.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within assigned accounts.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics, discuss upcoming projects, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and customer satisfaction levels.

Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in account management or sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technology-related industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate terms and conditions effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
