Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and loan origination for project financing in the Solar and Manufacturing sectors (wholesale lending).
  • Evaluate and appraise wholesale lending proposals including project financing.
  • Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis and credit risk assessments.
  • Prepare and present credit appraisal reports for internal approvals.
  • Coordinate with clients for deal structuring, documentation, and closure.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, ensure timely follow-ups and initiate recovery actions if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI norms and internal credit policies.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • MBA/CA (preferred) from a premier institute.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project appraisal, credit underwriting, risk management, and RBI compliance in a leading NBFC or Bank.
  • Strong understanding of the Solar/Manufacturing sector and wholesale lending landscape.
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex transactions and cross-functional coordination.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
