Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore). As a Marketing Manager (Hotels), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and drive bookings. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and PR campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and make informed decisions on marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online travel agencies.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to optimize results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the industry.
