The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team and spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to define and refine comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor landscape, and pinpoint emerging trends.
Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media), email marketing, and potentially traditional marketing channels depending on your industry.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Oversee and strategies the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and presentations.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing automation workflows.
Manage and mentor marketing team members .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels.
Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Experience in startup environment is a big plus
