We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, marketing expert for our Products and Services. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE prior experience working in a B2B company and be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration with the sales team, and product team to sense and be in touch with business conditions and trends on the ground so as to be able to respond with agility at all times.
Contribute to strategic and operational ideation for the effective marketing of Aracion's products and services.
Produce content from scratch, including quick-turn-around and media content.
Acquire comprehensive understanding of Aracion's market, creating content targeted to the technical media, customers, analysts and the public at large.
Develop news articles, blog posts, web content, presentations, white label marketing collateral, and other assets.
Design, implement and deliver sales and partner training sessions.
Research and validate content with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Conduct research and participate in brainstorming to identify key insights and translate those insights into actionable marketing strategies, assets, and platforms for new and existing clients.
Contribute to and work with Aracion's corporate and strategic Marketing teams, agency, media, and public relationship vendors and partners as required.
Work effectively in cross-functional teams to support Executive, Product, Sales, and Marketing groups to edit and create new, unique marketing content.
Contribute to strategic story-telling using digital, multi-media, and traditional platforms as required.
Assist with the preparation of product demonstrations for tradeshows, and generate thought leadership through webinars and other live or recorded content
Maintain and manage Content Marketing project plan and editorial calendar.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a well-respected University, preferably with a focus on telecommunications, marketing, or business.
5+ years experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, or product management in the Wireless/4G/5G Radio Access or IT space. Experience at global technology firms is a plus.
Excellent story-telling skills, demonstrating the ability to a create a cohesive and creative narrative that is easily understandable to the intended audience.
Excellent writing skills in English and exemplary editorial skills with impeccable grammar. Additional languages are desired but not a requirement.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to deliver custom research and insights on behalf of Aracion.
Demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solve and deliver recommendations.
Strong presentation/communication skills with experience conducting technical product demonstrations (both in person and online), webinars, panels or other public speaking environments.
Experience developing holistic marketing content integrating elements of sponsorship, experiential marketing, social media, content production, and customer engagement.
Process-oriented approach, with the ability to plan and execute projects cross-functionally and flexibility to adjust your approach when presented with new data or roadblocks.
Experience working with executives and Product Management in the development, creation, and marketing of new corporate marketing content, strategies, and partnerships.
Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver with a “can-do” spirit and a creative “think-outside-the-box” attitude, adapting to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
Experience developing presentations for use internally and externally, including tradeshows or other industry events (examples of produced content will be requested).
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deliverable deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and the Microsoft Office suite in general.
Flexibility to travel to customer meetings and tradeshows, as well as work non-standard hours for exceptional circumstances (e.g.: attend a virtual tradeshow or event in a different continent/time zone)
Skills in image (e.g.: Photoshop, Affinity Photo), video (e.g.: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) and illustration (Affinity Designer, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
