About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our high-volume hiring needs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in bulk hiring or telecalling, and fluency in Kannada. Recruitment experience is not mandatory we welcome individuals with a passion for interacting with people and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across various roles (Non-IT).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and field sourcing.
  • Make high-volume calls to potential candidates, explain job roles, and engage them for interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate flow, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
  • Multilingual skills: Hindi or Marathi will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and bulk hiring targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a quick learner.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in telecalling, BPO, field sales, or customer service roles.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
  • Prior recruitment/hiring experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or bulk hiring.
