  • Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects in temperature sensors, heaters, cables, infrared devices, and thermal management systems.
  • Drive innovation in thermal and electronic systems with a focus on high performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Identify and solve critical engineering challenges across product lines.
  • Guide a team of researchers and engineers in developing new products and technologies.
  • File, manage, and expand the company's patent portfolio; encourage a culture of innovation and IP creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, quality) and external partners (labs, institutions, clients) for technology development.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, materials, and technologies in thermal and sensing domains.
  • Ensure robust documentation, testing, and validation processes for new designs.
  • Support customization, prototyping, and application engineering for client-specific needs.
  • Qualification: Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Thermal preferred) is desirable.
  • Should have 15+ years of experience in R&D within thermal, electronics, or mechanical industries or allied fields of instrumentation / electrical.
  • Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and delivering commercially viable products.
  • Strong background in patents/IP creation and R&D project management.
  • Experience in temperature sensing, heating systems, infrared technologies, or thermal instrumentation is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to industry standards, certifications, and product testing.
  • Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
