Job Title Production Quality Control and R D Incharge Industry Paint Industry Locations Pune and Udaipur Job Type Full-time Salary 20 000 - 30 000 per month Experience Fresher minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience Paint Industry experience only Age 25 to 45 years Position Overview As the Production Quality Control and R D Incharge you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and ensuring stringent quality control standards are consistently met A Diploma in Paint Technology is compulsory for this role This position is open to candidates from all over India who are willing to work in Production Quality Control Research Development within the paint industry Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the production process including mixing blending filling and packaging of paint products Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in production operations Monitor production schedules resource allocation and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that paint products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality-related problems and prevent recurrence Collaborate in R D and product development to test and evaluate new formulations and processes Train production staff on quality standards procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and quality control activities Stay updated on industry regulations standards and best practices related to production and quality assurance Qualification Skills Required 1 Diploma in Paint Technology compulsory 2 Proven experience in production management and quality control minimum 6 months in the paint industry 3 12th pass and above with the required diploma 4 Strong knowledge of paint production processes quality control systems and lean manufacturing principles 5 Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement 6 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive Salary Opportunities for Career Growth Dynamic Work Environment Who Can Apply Candidates from all over India with a Diploma in Paint Technology who are willing to work in Production Quality Control and R D Incharge role How to Apply Send your CV on hr mithilapaints com Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 12 07 2025 Expected Start Date 05 07 2025
