**Job Title**:Production Quality Control and R&D Incharge**

**Experience**: Fresher/ minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience (Paint Industry experience only)
**Age**: 25 to 45 years

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including mixing, blending, filling, and packaging of paint products.
- Develop and implement **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** to ensure consistency and efficiency in production operations.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that paint products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues.
- Lead **root cause analysis** and **corrective action** initiatives to resolve quality-related problems and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate in **R&D** and product development to test and evaluate new formulations and processes.
- Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and quality control activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to production and quality assurance.

**Qualification & Skills Required**:
**1**.Diploma in Paint Technology (compulsory)
**2**.Proven experience in production management and quality control (minimum 6 months in the paint industry).
**3.**12th pass and above with the required diploma.
**4.**Strong knowledge of paint production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
**5**.Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
**6.**Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**7**. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
