Job description Branch Sales Incharge Location Kollam Branch Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Incharge to oversee the sales operations at our Kollam branch The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience preferably in showroom sales or van sales The Branch Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing branch operations driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals Monitor sales activities and generate reports for upper management Ensure a high standard of customer service to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management and administrative tasks Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Stay updated with the latest products and services to provide accurate information to customers Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines Qualifications Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience preferably in showroom sales or van sales Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and motivate a sales team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in using sales software and tools Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be a Plus Skills Leadership and team management Customer service Sales strategy development Problem-solving Communication and interpersonal skills Time management Report writing Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Health insurance and other benefits Opportunities for career growth and development Job Types Full-time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
