Company Description
Cradlewell is India's first structured postnatal and newborn care provider, delivering hospital-grade nursing support at home. Our certified nurses assist new mothers and families with recovery, newborn care, and day-to-day medical support. We're building a trusted brand in consumer healthcare, and our sales team plays a key role in helping families access these essential services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads from digital campaigns, doctor referrals, hospital networks, and walk-ins.
- Conduct consultative calls with families to understand their needs (mother's recovery, premature baby, feeding support, etc.).
- Explain Cradlewell's service packages (4hr, 12hr, 24hr) with empathy and clarity.
- Handle objections (pricing, decision-making with family members) and close sales effectively.
- Track sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho or equivalent).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to operations and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (healthcare, or service industry preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary ( based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
- Incentives linked to closed deals and repeat customers.
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Every Saturday: Work From Home (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
