Position VStar brand in the mid-premium/premium category at all major retail outlets in Kerala by promoting the identified Focus styles of womens products. He/she will be responsible for growing the market share of mid-premium/premium products in the identified outlets working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Placement of Focus and New styles in all the key retail outlets (KROs) and the identified major outlets in allocated area of Kerala.
  • Ensure effective display of Focus and New styles in the allotted shelf space in KROs and other major outlets.
  • Appoint, train and manage the KRO Promoters to increase the brand share at KROs
  • Delivering effective product pitch of the Focus styles to the KROs and assisting the Sales team in product pitch of Focus styles in non KROs as required.
  • Proactively co-ordinate with the Brand team to ensure innovative branding at KROs.
  • Analyze latest marketing trends and tracking competitor activities to identify business opportunities in these outlets.
  • Achieve placement and turnover targets of Focus and New styles at KROs and identified major outlets.
  • Co-ordinate with Distributors and KROs to monitor stock levels of focused products.
  • Work closely with Marketing to understand the product pitch of New Products.
  • Arrange pitch meetings in certain KROs as required, where marketing presence will help the Brand to penetrate.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in working for mid-premium/premium brand will be preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively.
  • Negotiating skills with Win-Win mentality.
  • Basic Knowledge in visual merchandising
  • Presentation skills
  • Graduate with a degree in Management preferred
  • Field experience of >5 years in a relevant industry.
