The candidate is expected to be based out of Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and closing deals. This is a quota-carrying hunting sales role.Qualifications- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience as an Account Executive/Account Director selling software to Banks, NBFCs and similar financial institutions in India - 1 to 5 years of enterprise sales experience - Ability to work with senior executives at mid to large banks and financial institutions - Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail - A proven track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Good knowledge of lending software, fintech APIs and document processing software - Bachelor's or master's degree in any fieldCompensation & Rewards- Competitive Base salary + Sales Commission + ESOPs - Uncapped Incentive Plans (10% of revenue for net-new accounts, 5% for account expansion) - Great culture Great People
