Role Overview
Bajaj Finserv is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales of Unsecured Business Loans in Yavatmal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling personal loans, unsecured loans, and business loans, with at least 1 year of experience in field sales. This role requires strong customer relationship skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve consistent sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers for unsecured business loans through field sales and partner channels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right loan solutions.
- Handle loan documentation, KYC verification, and ensure smooth disbursement.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends in Yavatmal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of unsecured loan products (personal loans, business loans, unsecured credit).
- Strong understanding of loan products and customer handling.
- Proven ability to work in field sales and achieve targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and build a customer base.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
