Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist, located on-site in Yavatmal. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales, providing excellent customer service, training new sales staff, and overseeing daily sales activities. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. Regular collaboration with the sales team and other departments will be essential to ensure optimal sales management and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to Train and mentor new sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
