Ensure PERCENT implementation of strategy and campaigns. Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory. Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist Ensure new product success in your territory Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation.
